CHOC-CHIA PROTEIN BALLS
Ingredients
1 cup of quick oats
1 cup of natural peanut butter (I usually use 3/4 natural 100% peanut butter and then 1/4 commercial peanut butter, but go for whatever floats your boat!)
pinch of sea salt flakes
2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract
1/4 cup of chia seeds
3 tablespoons of honey (go for a locally made honey with a bit of a floral vibe)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (go for Cadbury!)
1/3 cup of chocolate chips (go for the Cadbury bake ones and use dark chocolate if you prefer)
Method
Blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor until well blended, then transfer to a bowl and use a wooden spoon to make sure the ingredients are well combined.
Roll balls into beaut little bite size pieces and then pop into the fridge to chill and set. Enjoy!
